At PODRA ("we", "the app"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when using the PODRA Worker app.

Account Data
- Mobile phone number (for OTP authentication)
- Full name
- Email address (optional)
- Company code
Location Data
- We collect precise GPS location when recording attendance and creating reports
- Location is used to verify your presence at the designated work site
- We do not track your location in the background
Media
- Photos and videos you capture or select for report attachments
- Audio recordings you create within reports
Biometric Authentication
- We use biometric authentication (fingerprint/face recognition) for identity verification
- We do not store biometric data - it is handled entirely by the device OS
Usage Data
- Attendance check-in/check-out records
- Submitted reports
- In-app activity logs
3. How We Use Your Data
- Account management and authentication
- Attendance recording with location verification
- Work report creation and management
- Sending work-related notifications
- Improving app performance and user experience
4. Data Sharing
We share your data only with:
- Your employer (company): Your reports and attendance records are accessible to company supervisors
- Service providers: We use Firebase (Google) and Supabase for data storage and processing
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Data is stored securely with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- We use multi-layer authentication (OTP + biometric)
- Data is stored on secure Google Cloud and Supabase servers
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- We retain your personal data as long as your account is active
- You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page in the App
- Upon account deletion, all personal data will be removed within 30 days
- Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes for up to 90 days
