Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the PODRA mobile app and administration dashboard. By using PODRA you agree to them.

Your account

• You sign in with your phone number. Keep access to that number and to your device secure — anyone with both can reach your account.
• Your account belongs to you, not to your employer, but the company you join controls the work data you create inside it.
• You must give accurate information, and you must not use someone else's account or impersonate another person.

Acceptable use

• Use PODRA only for legitimate work purposes for the company you belong to.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, or that infringes anyone's rights.
• Do not upload content about people who have not agreed to appear in it, where their agreement is required.
• Do not attempt to access another company's data, or to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

Content and reporting

You keep ownership of the reports and files you create; you grant us the licence needed to store and display them to your company. You can report content you believe is objectionable from within the app, and your company's administrators can review it and remove content or suspend a member. We may also remove content or suspend access where these terms are broken.

Availability

We work to keep PODRA available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or suspend features, and we will avoid doing so in a way that loses your data.

Ending your use

You may delete your account at any time from the app. Your employer may also remove your access to their company. Deleting your account permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

PODRA is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
